Small centrifugal pump type is composed of motor, water pump and seal.
The motor is single-phase or three-phase Asynchronous motor with typical centrifugal wheel structure pump; single end mechanical seal between the pump and motor.
Drainage process: the driving machine rotates the impeller through the pump shaft to generate centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown to the impeller outlet along the blade flow channel, and the liquid is collected and sent into the discharge tube through the volute. The liquid obtains energy from the impeller, which increases both the pressure energy and the speed energy, and relies on this energy to deliver the liquid to the work site.
Suction process: when the liquid is thrown to the outlet of the impeller, a low pressure is formed at the center of the impeller inlet, and the pressure difference occurs between the suction tank and the impeller at the center. Then, the liquid in the suction tank constantly enters the impeller through the suction line and the suction chamber of the pump.

Application Area
Conveying water or other liquids similar to water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply, high-rise building pressurization, fire protection system, garden irrigation, long-distance water transportation, HVAC, hot and cold water circulation pressurization and supporting facilities.
Installation Notice
The shallow well pump should be installed in a dean, dry and ventilated location which provides adequate room for servicing and protection from freezing temperatures. It should be bolted to a good foundation, preferably concrete and provided adequate drainage.
Operation Warning
Do not run the transfer pump without water as the seals and impeller may be permanently damaged. Pouring clean water until pump chamber and the inlet pipe are completely filled.
